Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Snape. By accessing or using our mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. All users must accept and abide by them while using the Snape app.

Snape reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review the Terms before using the service.


Cancellation

If a user cancels a fee payment or if the requested course, training program, or learning service cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source or an alternate bank account provided by the user. Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, and Snape platform charges will be deducted. Additionally, 1% of the billed amount will be deducted as a refund processing charge. All deductions will be shown in the refund statement sent to the user.

Technical Issues

If Snape is unable to facilitate a fee payment due to technical difficulties, system failures, or processing limitations, the amount (if debited) will be refunded to the original payment method. Users are advised not to perform any manual transfers until a refund confirmation ID is generated and sent via email/SMS.

Refund Processing Timelines

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days. The actual time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the user’s account depends on the bank’s processing schedule.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of account, student, and course or training-related details. If a user allows another person to access or use their account, the account holder is responsible for all resulting actions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snape is not liable for:

  • Service delays
  • Data loss
  • System interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Usage of Snape services is at the user’s discretion and responsibility.

Application Functionality

Snape is a mobile app that enables users to:

  • Make secure payments for courses, training programs, and learning services
  • View transaction history and payment receipts

Users can refer to the FAQ within the app for guidance.

User Understands and Acknowledges

  • Submitting a fee payment confirms authorization of the transaction for the selected Snape course or training service
  • Refund claims must be raised within the stipulated timeline; late claims may not be eligible
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate details when making payments
  • Snape strives to provide a secure system but cannot guarantee immunity from hacking, technical errors, or security breaches
  • User information is not shared with third parties except where necessary for fraud prevention or legal compliance
  • Users accept all risks associated with transactions through the app

Restrictions

The platform is available only to individuals aged 13 years or older. Users under the legal age of majority must use the app with parental supervision.

Account Security

During registration, users must create:

  • Login ID
  • Password
  • Verification credentials

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and notifying Snape of unauthorized access. Snape may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Communications With Us

Users may contact Snape for support or feedback. Suggestions or submitted content may be used to improve the app without compensation unless legally required.

Account Info

Users must provide accurate personal and payment details for fee processing. Users may not use payment instruments not lawfully owned by them. Snape is not responsible for incorrect or fraudulent information provided by the user.

Mastery Billing

Snape reserves the right to refuse or limit processing of any payment. The platform may cancel or modify transactions that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with intended use. Notifications will be sent to the user via registered contact information.

Use License

Users are granted a temporary, personal, non-transferable license to use the Snape app for educational course and training payments. Users may not:

  • Modify or copy app materials
  • Use the app for commercial purposes
  • Reverse-engineer the app
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transfer or replicate the app

Privacy & Data Protection

User data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable laws. Snape will not sell user information and will only share data for:

  • Fraud verification
  • Legal compliance

Suspension & Termination

Snape may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse. Users remain responsible for all activity under their account prior to suspension.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in India.
