Snape is an Educational Technology platform where learners can enroll in our training programs, purchase our courses and buy required learning tools. The app provides a seamless and secure way for students to make payments directly to us for all course-related services.

To make a payment: a. Open the Snape app and select the Education option. b. Enter the required student details and select the appropriate fee or course option. c. You will be redirected to the payment gateway screen. d. Choose your preferred payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card) and complete the payment.

dSnape allows students and learners to pay for:. • Tution/Course fees • Training program fees • Tools or resources linked to the course

Yes. Go to Education Payment → Transactions, where you can view the real-time status of all your payments such as: • Success • Pending • Failed You will also receive in-app alerts and email confirmations

Yes. If a payment fails due to bank or network issues, the amount will be refunded automatically to the original payment source within 5–7 bank working days, depending on the bank.

To request refund support, contact Snape Support. Applicable charges include payment gateway charges, platform charges, 1% refund processing charge Refunds are credited back to the original payment source within standard banking timelines.

A convenience fee is a small additional charge applied for using online payment services. This fee will be shown clearly on the payment screen before you complete the transaction.

Yes. Snape uses a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway with SSL encryption to ensure that all payment details, including card information are processed securely. Snape does not store any sensitive payment data.

You can view all successful, failed and pending payments under the Transaction History section inside the Snape app.
